Cancellation and Refund Policy
Transparent rules for subscriptions, credits, reservations, cancellation and technical failures.

1. Purchase
Price, billing period, limits, benefits and renewal method must be shown before confirmation. Taxes and payment-method terms may appear in the applicable checkout.
2. Credits
Credits are internal usage units and are not currency, an investment or a promise of results. Balance, validity and applicable operations follow the plan and offer shown at purchase.
3. Protected reservations
Certain generations temporarily reserve a maximum amount. A reservation should only be confirmed according to actual use and operation completion. A technical failure before delivery fully releases or refunds the corresponding reservation.
4. Withdrawal rights
Where Brazilian law provides a withdrawal right for a remote purchase, a request may be submitted through the official channel within the legal period. Immediate performance requested by the user and mandatory rules will be considered.
5. Subscription cancellation
Users may cancel to prevent a new renewal. Unless law or the offer states otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is made after cancellation becomes effective.
6. Refunds
Service failures, duplicate charges and other legal grounds will be assessed. Consumed credits and used periods may be non-refundable where the law permits; nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights.
7. Rule violations
A serious violation may result in suspension or termination. This does not automatically forfeit every unused amount: refund, retention or offset will be assessed based on use, harm, fraud, contracted terms and applicable law.
8. Disputes and timing
Requests must identify the account and charge without sending passwords, tokens or full card details. Identity confirmation may be required and the outcome will be communicated through registered channels.
9. Price changes
Future price or limit changes will be disclosed before renewal where required. Users may cancel before the new condition takes effect.
