Acceptable Use Policy

Boundaries designed to protect customers, third parties and platform integrity.

1. Lawful use

Users must comply with law and hold the permissions required for data, brands, images, offers and materials they submit or publish.

2. Fraud and deception

Users may not create scams, impersonate others, fabricate testimonials or certifications, hide material risks or produce deliberately deceptive communications.

3. Digital security

Generating, testing or distributing malware, credential theft, unauthorized exploitation, abusive spam, intrusion, control evasion or harmful instructions is prohibited. Scripts delivered by TAYA must be reviewed and tested by the user in an authorized environment.

4. Rights and privacy

Users may not violate copyright, trademarks, image or personality rights, confidentiality or data-protection law. Sensitive data and third-party information may only be processed with a legal basis and necessity.

5. Abuse and dangerous content

Harassment, exploitation, incitement to violence, unlawful discrimination, sexual content involving minors, trafficking and other criminal activity are prohibited.

6. High-impact decisions

The platform must not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, educational or other decisions affecting significant rights. Qualified human review is required.

7. Platform protection

Users may not automate abusive access, share credentials, bypass limits, probe vulnerabilities without authorization or interfere with service availability.

8. Enforcement and appeal

Content or accounts may be temporarily restricted when risk is present. Severity, repetition, context and legal duties will be considered. Where possible, notice and a challenge channel will be provided before permanent termination.
