Terms of Use
General rules for creating an account and using T A Digital Solutions and TAYA features.

1. Identity and scope
T A DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 68.448.867/0001-48, provides a platform to organize businesses and create content, digital products and websites with artificial-intelligence features. Availability, limits and features vary by plan and product stage.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
An account must be created by a person legally able to enter into a contract. By accepting, the user confirms having read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, AI Use Notice, Acceptable Use Policy and the current cancellation and refund rules.
3. Account and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect passwords and devices and promptly report unrecognized access. Accounts may not be assigned, resold or shared to bypass plan limits.
4. How TAYA works
TAYA organizes context, presents options and creates materials for review. Nothing is published, connected to external accounts or used for media spend without an authorization action where that feature exists. The platform does not promise sales, reach, approval or financial returns.
5. User content
Users represent that they have the rights and permissions required for submitted text, brands, images, files and data. They grant T A Digital a limited right to store, process and transmit that content only to provide, protect and operationally improve the contracted service.
6. Generated content
Users must review accuracy, suitability, third-party rights, commercial claims and compliance before using any output. Final use and publication are user decisions, subject to liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, brand, interfaces, components, workflows and technology remain protected. Users may use deliverables generated for their account subject to law, third-party rights and licenses covering incorporated materials.
8. Plans, credits and reservations
Pricing, renewals, limits, credits and reservations are shown before purchase or authorization. A reservation is not a final charge: for protected operations, consumption is confirmed only after expected completion and technical failures release or refund the reservation under the current policy.
9. Permitted use
The platform may not be used for fraud, intrusion, harassment, unlawful discrimination, privacy or intellectual-property violations, criminal content, malware, deliberate misinformation or attempts to bypass security and limits.
10. Suspension, termination and appeal
T A Digital may restrict or temporarily suspend an account in response to security risk, fraud, legal requirements or a material violation. When compatible with the risk, the user will be notified and may cure or challenge the decision. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.
11. Availability and maintenance
The platform may be affected by maintenance, provider outages or events outside reasonable control. The company will use proportionate continuity and recovery measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, T A Digital is not liable for unreviewed decisions, unlawful content use, claims inserted by users or third-party services selected by them. This section does not waive mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes and law
Material changes will be identified by a new version and may require renewed acceptance. Brazilian law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protections and applicable venue rules.
