Artificial Intelligence Use Notice
Responsibilities and limitations covering materials prepared by TAYA.

1. Nature of outputs
AI-generated content is probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or unintended similarities. A convincing response should not automatically be treated as fact.
2. TAYA’s role
TAYA organizes the brief, suggests three paths, prepares structures and guides production. It is T A Digital’s intelligence layer and does not replace licensed professionals or user judgment.
3. Review responsibility
Before publishing or using a deliverable, users must check facts, calculations, links, third-party rights, commercial claims, audience suitability and regulatory requirements.
4. Professional content
Legal, medical, financial, accounting, security or other high-impact materials are informational and require assessment by a qualified professional.
5. Inputs and permissions
Users should only provide content they may lawfully process. Do not submit passwords, keys, unnecessary trade secrets or personal data without a legal basis and need.
6. Rights in deliverables
Users may use deliverables created for their account but must check licenses, trademarks, images, fonts and third-party rights. Absolute output exclusivity is not guaranteed.
7. Automation and publication
TAYA should not run scripts, publish, connect accounts, purchase media or make external decisions without authorization and appropriate integrations. Code must be reviewed and tested before use.
8. Safety and moderation
Inputs and outputs may be subject to filters, technical records and limited review to prevent abuse, diagnose failures and protect the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. No outcome guarantee
T A Digital does not guarantee sales, reach, profit, third-party platform approval, ranking or any specific outcome. Results depend on execution, market, offer and external factors.
